Job summary
A 0.5 WTE Clinical Psychology role is available in have become available in CWP Eating Disorders Service, based in the Wirral and West Cheshire Eating Disorders Service. Base will be Upton Lea, Bowmere Hospital, Chester.
The successful candidate will provide a high quality, specialist psychology service to clients suffering from Eating Disorders. They will provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy, as well as providing consultation and advice on clients' psychological care to non-psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and carers. They will supervise trainees and qualified practitioners as agreed, working autonomously within theframework of the service's policies and procedures.
Main duties of the job
- Providing psychological leadership within the team.
- Delivering clinical supervision to practitioners
- Delivering assessment and treatment of clients with Eating Disorders
- Facilitating team discussions and formulating client cases.
- Participating in quality improvement measures in regard to psychological interventions.
- Completing appropriate documentation and processes to facilitate ED treatment pathways

The role involves supporting the General Paediatrics service, which provides care for approximately 5,000 admissions annually, alongside extensive outpatient and rapid access clinic activity. We are looking for a permanent part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team based at The Robert Darbishire Practice, the largest and busiest of the three GP practices in Better Health MCR. The post is 22.5 hours per week; Monday - Friday 08:00 - 12:30.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
The Care Coordinator within an acute care ward will be responsible for coordinating aspects of patient care including liaison with other agencies both internal and external to CWP.
The post holder will be the central coordination point forward based multi-disciplinary activity, organising and supporting with ongoing regular meetings to facilitate progress to recovery and discharge with relevant CWP team members, relatives and carers and other external agencies.

Job summary
The Mental Health Rapid Response Worker will work as part of a flexible team providing enhanced care and therapeutic engagement to patients experiencing mental health crisis within AED departments across the CWP footprint. The role will involve providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care, completing patient observations and supporting the safe transportation of patients between healthcare settings, from their place of residence and carrying out Section 135 / CTO Recalls. The post holder will also support patients who are detained under the Mental Health Act, including those held under Section 136, providing appropriate care, observation, reassurance ad support while maintaining their safety, dignity and wellbeing. The role requires effective partnership with clinical teams, emergency services and other agencies to ensure patients receive safe and compassionate care throughout their time within Urgent Care.

Job summary
The Rapid Response Co-ordinator provides operational co-ordination of Patient Transport and therapeutic support for individuals on a Section 136 of the Mental Health Act within designated places of safety and patients waiting within health care settings for mental health support. Main duties of the job

The role will involve coordinating and prioritising requests, allocating staff, supporting patient flow and maintaining oversight of service demand and operational activity. Main duties of the job
The post holder will contribute to the planning and delivery of specialist mental health clinical pharmacy services as part of the CWP pharmacy team. This will include working as a member of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that pharmaceutical care needs of patients are met, ensuring that medicines management standards are upheld in all areas of the trust and providing education on safe and effective use of medication to medical and nursing staff, patients and carers. The post holder will provide professional support and supervision to pre-registration and student pharmacists.
