Job summary
We are looking to
recruit an enthusiastic salaried GP to join our friendly, high-achieving and
forward thinking practice in Gamston. We
are a total triage practice and are looking to recruit for 5 sessions.
Gamston Medical Centre has a well-established and
experienced team. The practice team consists of GPs, Nurses, Clinical
Pharmacists, and an HCA. Our clinical team is supported by our excellent
administrative, secretarial & reception teams.
Main duties of the job
As a practice, we deliver a high standard of clinical
care for our patients. As an organisation we keep pace with primary care
development and deliver a good experience for patients and our staff. We are a
GP training practice.
It is taken as essential, that you will have very
good clinical knowledge and skills and also be committed to continual personal

ROLE
The post-holder will manage a clinical caseload and deal
with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the

fashion
Making
professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether
self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the

patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
In consultation with patients and in line with current
practice disease management protocols, developing care plans for health

counselling and health education

clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards
Collecting
data for audit purpose
Compiling
and issuing computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions (avoiding hand-written

Rushcliffe PCN ARRS GP

Rushcliffe PCN is looking to recruit a forward-thinking GP to join our General Practice team in Rushcliffe.
We have a 5 session post within one of our North practices. Belvoir Health Group has three sites in Cotgrave, Bingham and Cropwell Bishop. We are a very supportive PCN & will support you to work by providing a Clinical Director as a mentor. This is a great opportunity to get to know our practices and will provide the successful candidate with experience working within general practice.
Main duties of the job
Rushcliffe PCN is a large rural PCN providing services to 140,000 patients. Our 11 eleven practices form 3 smaller localities: North, South & Central.
All our practices are rated good or outstanding with CQC & the majority are training practices.

Village Health Group (VHG) is a large GMS practice caring for around 28,000 patients across Rushcliffe, South Nottinghamshire. The practice was formed in April 2020 following the merger of East Leake Medical Group and Keyworth Medical Practice, both previously rated Outstanding by the CQC.
We operate across four sites, with our main surgeries in East Leake and Keyworth and branch surgeries in Ruddington and Sutton Bonington. We are also a part-dispensing practice.
Our clinical team includes 10 GP Partners, salaried GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Clinical Pharmacists, Physician Associates, Social Prescribing Link Workers and Care Coordinators. The Role
