This is a face-to-face, practice-based role at The Woodberry Practice, working directly with patients and alongside our GPs, pharmacy team and wider multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in medicines optimisation and patient care, helping to ensure patients receive safe, effective and appropriate treatment. You will support safe and effective prescribing, identify and address medication-related risks, ensure appropriate medication monitoring is completed and provide advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
The role will also involve reviewing clinical information, using EMIS and relevant clinical systems, and contributing to prescribing, patient safety and quality improvement work within the practice.
You will be expected to manage your workload effectively while working collaboratively with the wider team to support high-quality patient care.

We have a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare professionals and administrative colleagues who work together to provide effective and coordinated care for our patients.
We value teamwork, good communication, professionalism and a proactive approach to patient care. We aim to provide a positive working environment where colleagues feel supported, can develop their skills and are encouraged to contribute ideas to improve the services we provide.
The Woodberry Practice also works closely with Enfield South West Primary Care Network (ESW PCN), allowing our teams to collaborate with a wider range of primary care professionals and services across the local area.
