We have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our specialist palliative care inpatient unit in Warwick. Full time and part time positions are available.
You will help our patients and their loved ones to get on top of difficult symptoms, deal with any physical pain and reduce emotional distress.
We provide an in-house training programme to support your professional development, including progression opportunities.
Main duties of the job
Our Registered Nurses:
- Deliver high quality, evidence-based palliative care
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of patient care
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Act as a mentor for junior staff and students
We would love to hear from Registered Nurses with:
- NMC registration
- Post-registration experience

This is a nursing role, providing adult healthcare, so it will require an enhanced DBS check, including the adults' barred list. We will cover the cost of this check.

To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of patient care. To deliver and maintain high-quality, evidence-based palliative care within a multidisciplinary team framework and contribute to evidence-based development of clinical practice.

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Clinical Administrator, a typical day might include:
- Supporting Medical Team with monitoring & updating Master Rota, & monitoring & collating Patient Feedback

We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, & 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.
We are seeking an experienced & motivated Senior Staff Nurse to provide clinical leadership & operational support across our inpatient services during night shifts.
This is a key leadership role where you will act as a visible and accessible point of contact for night staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, supporting colleagues with complex clinical situations, & coordinating resources across both inpatient units.
Full time & part time hours are available.

Main duties of the job
Our Senior Night Nurses:
- Are clinically based on the inpatient unit with the highest level of complexity, patient acuity, dependency needs, or staffing pressures.
- Provide leadership, advice, guidance, and hands-on support to nursing and care staff working night shifts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for night staff requiring clinical or operational support.
- Assist with the management of complex patient care issues and challenging situations as they arise.
- Support and coordinate out-of-hours escalations, liaising with the Senior Nurse and Doctor On-Call when required.

This is a nursing role, providing adult healthcare, so it will require an enhanced DBS check, including the adults barred list. We will cover the cost of this check.
This role involves working at both the Warwick and Coventry inpatient units. You must therefore be able to travel to both sites.

Main duties of the job
You'll provide operational leadership for Registered Nurses, Nursing Assistants, a Clinical Administrator, trained Volunteers, and a Community Support Services Manager.
Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners, you'll ensure services remain responsive and aligned to local need. You'll also undertake clinical duties as part of your work plan.

- Conduct and supervise holistic assessments, develop and review personalised care plans, and lead group sessions and therapeutic programmes.
- Promote a multidisciplinary approach to care delivery through multidisciplinary team meetings, and facilitate others to be proactive in preparing and presenting clinical information at handover, MDTs, case reviews, etc.
- Maintain strong working relationships with the multidisciplinary team and medical staff at Myton.

- Promote and lead a culture of support with a daily debrief, facilitated regular 1:1 and group reflective practice, to support the professional and personal wellbeing and development of the team through supervision and appraisals.
- Be responsible for the team roster, including the coordination of volunteers, to ensure staffing levels and skill mix are appropriate and meet the needs of service delivery, ensuring resources and staff are utilised and developed to their best potential, and escalating concerns to the Head of Nursing & Care.
