Main duties of the job

Our clinical team includes four Salaried GPs, ANPs, practice nurses, HCAs, a physician associate, prescribing pharmacists, and paramedics who manage most home visits, ensuring GP time is used effectively.
We have a dedicated clinical administrative team in place specifically to reduce GP workload, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care rather than paperwork. Our practice uses efficient systems and workflows designed to support both patient access and clinician wellbeing.
