Job summary
Northumberland Park Medical Group are looking to recruit a part time Practice Nurse to join the practice team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with experience of working in primary care to work alongside our existing Practice Nurse and 2 healthcare assistants.
Chronic Disease Management with a knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services is essential.
Working hours are 30 per week over 4 or 5 days. Working days will include Monday's and Friday's.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide a range of practice nurse duties including cervical screening, childhood immunisations, adult vaccinations, chronic disease management (including Diabetes, Asthma, Cervical Screening) and wound management.
