Job summary
2026 marks a significant milestone for Mastercall Healthcare as we celebrate 30 years of providing outstanding care to patients and communities across Greater Manchester and the North West. From our origins as a GP Co-operative in Stockport, we have grown into an award-winning social enterprise and trusted NHS partner, whilst remaining firmly rooted in our values, our people and our communities.

Main duties of the job
Our Non-Executive Directors play a vital role in providing independent judgement, constructive challenge and strategic insight to support the continued success of Mastercall.
As an equal member of our unitary Board, you will contribute to strategic development, scrutinise organisational performance and provide assurance that Mastercall remains financially sustainable, well governed and focused on delivering safe, high-quality care. You will help ensure that patient outcomes, workforce experience, innovation and social value remain central to Board decision-making.
