Job summary
The Lead Practice Nurse will provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the practice nursing team, including Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality nursing services to our registered patients.
Working as a senior member of the practice multidisciplinary team, the post holder will provide expert clinical care alongside leadership and oversight of the nursing service. Main duties of the job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Coordinator with the knowledge, skills and confidence to work effectively in a senior position within a busy primary care environment.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in care coordination and a strong understanding of primary care processes.
