Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our Reception Team. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Training hours may differ from your normal working pattern and the hours for the job will be either 7.360am - 11.30am or 2.30pm - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job

Main duties will be to answer the phones and greet patients at the front desk, helping with their queries and helping them with appointments.

You must be able to work well as part of a team and have good time management skills.

About us

Our Practice is always very busy, we have around 15 thousand patients and a large team of clinicians including 5 GP partners, 5 salaried GPs, 1 PA, 1 FCP, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Care co-ordinater, 3 Social Prescribers, 1 Clinical Pharmacist and 4 GPAs as well as our friendly admin team.
