Were looking for a Salaried GP who wants to help us build the kind of practice we want for ourselves and our families.
Someone who enjoys sharing ideas, solving problems together and turning those everyday frustrations into practical changes that make life better for patients and the team.
We wont pretend general practice is easy. There are busy days, difficult decisions and plenty of things outside our control. But we dont want to spend every day fighting the same fires.
We want to work smarter, support each other and create a practice where good ideas are heard and people genuinely enjoy being part of the team.
If you are looking for somewhere you can be a GP and have a real say in how the practice develops, we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across a varied general practice caseload, including face-to-face, telephone and online consultations. Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support continuity for patients and families. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to safeguarding, clinical governance, significant-event reviews and quality improvement.
Were particularly keen to welcome a GP who enjoys sharing ideas, solving problems collaboratively and helping us improve how the practice works for both patients and the team.

Glastonbury is a small, friendly market town set in the beautiful countryside of Somerset. The Tor dominates the landscape alongside the ruins of the Abbey around which the town was established. Glastonbury has both a medieval and spiritual history which has attracted over the years a diverse population who live alongside many long established families in the area. This all contributes to the uniqueness of the town now famous for the annual Glastonbury Festival. Glastonbury attracts complementary practices in the town; we however provide conventional family medicine as this suits the vast majority of our practice population.
