The post holder is a pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists in general practice. In this role they will be supported by a senior clinical pharmacist who will develop, manage and mentor them.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bolton Community Practice team. We are a busy GP surgery with four sites across Bolton delivering GP services to a population of over 16,000 patient's. We are an EMIS Web practice.

Qualifications
Essential
- - Full GMC Registration, MBBS / MBChB or equivalent
- - Not subject to suspension under section 41A of the Medical Act 1983
- - Qualified GP with Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT)
- - Currently on National Performers List
- - Has DBS clearance
- - Has had an annual NHS appraisal where applicable
- - Has been revalidated as required
