The must haves for this role:

1. Experience of working in a team.
2. Some knowledge of the role of rehabilitation and desire to work in a multidisciplinary team to support patients.
3. UK driving license holder with access to a vehicle to drive for work purposes.

As part of the role, youll visit patients in their homes and in community settings, so access to your own vehicle is essential. After a thorough induction, youll deliver rehabilitation and education sessions both independently and alongside other team members. Your daytoday work will be varied and tailored to each patients needs. Youll support people with a range of neurological conditions, including Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinsons Disease. The work is incredibly rewarding, and while it can be emotionally demanding at times, youll always have the support of the team and a strong supervision structure.

Youll be joining a team with a wealth of specialist knowledge, links and experience, and youll have plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and develop within neurological rehabilitation.
