Job summary
Would you like to work with a happy team of around 80? With 28500 patients, working over two sites, we are a stable partnership of 10 GP partners with salaried GPs, paramedics, nursing team, admin team, secretarial team, pharmacy teams and reception.
We are looking for someone who can be organised, happy to run reception & support other teams, working closely with Senior Management and Clinicians. Do you remain calm and supportive and enjoy dealing with the public as well as colleagues? Can you work under pressure whilst still having a smile?

Main duties of the job
To support the operational delivery of patient services by providing peer support and direction to the reception team.
To foster a welcoming front-line team that enables patients to access the appropriate healthcare professional or service in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
To support the reception team to maintain accurate records and provide comprehensive administrative support, in accordance with practice guidelines and protocols.
To be first point of contact in relation to patient issues and challenges as raised. This includes liaison with the clinical team members.

The role will encompass working across two sites in Ash Vale and Frimley Green, working with a dynamic team of professionals. Bartlett Group Practice is a training practice and welcomes the opportunity to evolve your learning and grow within our practice team.
This role will be working within our existing nursing team, seeing a variety of patients and delivering excellent care. The successful applicant will ideally have experience of working in a primary care environment, but this is not essential as training will be provided.
They will be an excellent communicator, work well under pressure, be able to effectively manage their time, be flexible and be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
The successful applicant will ideally work full time Monday to Friday; however, part time hours will be considered but these will include a Monday and Friday.
Previous phlebotomy experience is helpful but not essential. You will need to have excellent communication skills with a natural aptitude for building relationships with patients and colleagues, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Main duties of the job
The purpose of the post is to assist the GP and nursing team in the delivery of a safe and high-quality primary care services for the practice population.
The post holder will undertake delegated tasks and duties under direct or indirect supervision.
The post holder will work within clear parameters and lines of accountability after appropriate training and assessment of competencies.
The post holder will be responsible for performing venepuncture to obtain blood samples from patients only as the result of a direct referral from a GP or clinician, or as part of medication reviews.

Main duties of the job
