Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our welcoming GP practice. You will work as part of a friendly, supportive team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care to patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health needs.
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) will be able to assess and treat varied clinical cases, having advanced skills to assess the patient with a differentiated or undifferentiated clinical diagnosis. Advanced communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills will be used to initially assess and provide on-going patient care. Working within local and nationally agreed protocols and guidelines, the ANP exercises independent judgement to assess, investigate, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the clinical care and management of patients.

Job summary
Part time care navigator required for our busy multi-sited GP surgery. Experience preferred but full training will be given for the right candidate. This is a varied and interesting role supporting the clinical team to deliver high quality care for our patients. - Answering and care navigating high calls in to the practice and making calls to patients
- Being the first point of contact for all general enquiries that come into the practice
- Administration work to support the practice including letters, referrals, scanning
- Ensure work is completed in a timely manner
- Using your own judgement and communication skills to ensure that patients are dealt with in a logical and non-disruptive manner
- Ensure the building is secure when leaving at the end of the day
- Complete all annual Mandatory training as appropriate

Main duties of the job

The Medical Secretary provides a comprehensive, high-quality secretarial and administrative service to the Consultant Psychiatrist, GP with Specialist Interest and multidisciplinary team within the Eating Disorder Intensive Treatment Team (ED-ITT). The post holder will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of specialist eating disorder services by ensuring efficient administrative processes and effective communication between clinicians, patients, carers and partner organisations.
Key responsibilities include providing secretarial support, managing diaries and clinics, coordinating appointments and meetings, maintaining accurate patient records, processing correspondence, handling telephone enquiries and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team with administrative tasks. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring information is managed securely and confidentially, in line with organisational policies and procedures.
The role requires excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and work to deadlines in a busy clinical environment. The post holder will liaise regularly with patients, carers, GPs, healthcare professionals and external agencies, providing a professional, courteous and responsive service at all times.
The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the service through effective administration, minute taking, audit support, management of clinical correspondence and maintenance of electronic record systems, including SystmOne. They will work independently using their initiative while also contributing positively to the wider administrative and clinical team.
The post holder will support service development and continuous improvement initiatives, provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff where appropriate, and contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care through efficient and effective administrative support.

The other post will primarily be back office working from the Trusts reporting system, doing validation for the Broadgreen Outpatient team ensuring we are helping the Trust achieve their targets and support the wider administration team. You will also be required to cover the Outpatient Clinic area during periods of high absence.

Main duties of the job
The post holder is a pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team in general practice. 37.5 hours per week. Lee Mill Low Secure Unit is a 12-bed male inpatient ward set in a small village just outside of Plymouth. We provide specialist mental health care for men who have often been involved in the legal system due to their mental health needs. The staff at Lee Mill are passionate about providing the highest level of patient centred care to an often challenging and disadvantaged patient group.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed band 2 to work in our security services reception and join our successful and highly motivated team. You will be front of house greeting patients, staff, visitors and sometimes members of the public. You will be flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated & interested in working within a modern, forward thinking & effective specialist service. You will be a key member of our directorate who is efficient in completing tasks and managing a secure reception area.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of tasks, including direct face to face patient contact and security checks and audits. You should be prepared to work in an environment that can be very challenging, but also very rewarding.
Main duties of the job
To act as the first point of contact and provide initial welcome to all patients, visitors and staff.
To provide a professional reception service working to the principle security starts at the front door.
To provide a quality customer care service which positively reflects the values of the organisation and will provide effective customer care is maintained for all patients, visitors and staff.
To maintain the reception waiting area so that is welcoming and comfortable for visitors. To support provision of information available to visitors; to include digital displays, noticeboards, leaflets, and welcome / information packs.
To maintain physical and procedural security of the secure reception and non-clinical area including perimeter checks, audits of restricted items, observe patient searches.
To operate the safety and security systems managed from the secure reception.
To support staff in maintaining physical and procedural security throughout the service.
To support the team with management of the environment to include coordination of maintenance and repairs.
To support the team with administration and communication to provide efficiency and records maintained to a high standard.
This role involves a lot of walking.

Mount Farm Surgery is a dynamic, forward-thinking GP practice in Moreton Hall, Bury St Edmunds. Focused on delivering the best possible patient service: we are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible new team-member to join our reception team.
The role is for 16 hours per week working the following:
- Wednesday 7:45 - 14:00
- Friday 14:00 - 18:45

Shift Pattern: Nights (8 pm - 8 am)
Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off
Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off
