Job summary
We are seeking two Assistant Psychologists who are passionate about promoting the emotional health and well-being of children and young people with developmental delay or disability and their families. These posts will be part of the Children with Additional Needs (CAN DWR) and the Intensive Positive Behavioural Support (iPBS) teams. The teams work to promote emotional wellbeing and development in children with developmental delay and learning disabilities, their families and systems of support. The postholders will work alongside multi-disciplinary teams and will make close links with colleagues within the children's centres, education, social care and the third sector. The postholders will support outreach through developing and delivering workshops and toolkits and partnering with projects in the local community. The postholders will work alongside the Clinical Psychologist to run groups and provide psychological support to young people, families and their systems of support.
The postholders will have a passion for working with children and young people with developmental delay and a strong values base that links with an attachment informed positive behavioural support approach.
This post is a fixed term/secondment for 7 months until 31st March 2027 to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
Main duties of the job
The post holders will play a key role in promoting the psychological wellbeing of children and young people with developmental delay or disability and learning disabilities, their families and the staff who support them, through:
- Outreach work with systems of support
- Psychological work with children and young people, their families and systems of support alongside a Clinical Psychologist

About the Role
We are seeking a caring, organised and motivated Care Coordinators to join our friendly GP practice team. This role combines personalised care and patient navigation responsibilities with essential front of house and administrative duties, supporting the smooth and effective operation of the practice.
You will play a key role in ensuring that patients particularly those who are frail, elderly, or living with long term conditions receive joined up, person centred support. As an integral member of our reception and administrative team, you will help patients access the right care at the right time while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
The postholder will work with a diverse range of people from a variety of cultural and social backgrounds. The ability to work confidently, sensitively and effectively in a varied and sometimes demanding environment is essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be patient, empathetic and highly organised, and will bring experience of working in health, social care or other support roles involving direct contact with individuals, families or carers.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
Personalised Care & Care Coordination
Proactively identify and work with people who would benefit from care coordination, including those with complex needs.
Support patients to develop and review their personalised care and support plans.
Act as a central point of contact, helping patients navigate health, social care and community services.
Liaise closely with GPs, nurses, social prescribers, health and wellbeing coaches and other MDT members.
Assist with followup after hospital care, transitions between services, and ongoing communication.
Reception & Front of House Duties
Provide a welcoming, professional reception service to all patients and visitors.
Book, amend and triage appointments (telephone, facetoface and online).
Process home visit requests, clinical messages and signposting queries.
Handle incoming calls, emails, online requests and post.
Support with test result queries and specimen handling in line with protocols.
Administration & Data Quality
Register new and temporary patients and update patient information.
Process repeat prescriptions following practice guidelines.
Scan, index and code clinical documents using appropriate SNOMED codes.
Maintain high quality record keeping and support data collection for audits/service improvement.
Professional Standards

Helix Medical Centre is based within Herts and Essex Community Hospital in Bishop's Stortford. We are excited to offer an opportunity for a consultant for dermatology to join a developing service within the Surgical Division at Worcestershire Acute Trust.
The Trust recognises that dermatology needed developments due to historic challenges which led to an overhaul of the current service provision.
The clinical and operational team have worked collaboratively to develop a new workforce model. We are utilising MDT approach to facilitate GIRFT recommendations for best practice within our service.
We have expanded the nursing team and extended the skill set to support the patient journey and incorporate a safe and robust pathway including patient trackers, virtual clinics and nurse led surveillance clinics. This has enabled us to improve patient safety and quality.

Job summary
We are looking for an organised, accurate and proactive Administrator to join our practice team.
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative and Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) support to the clinical and management teams. The role involves accurately processing patient information, clinical correspondence and healthcare records, ensuring high standards of data quality and confidentiality.
A key part of the role will be supporting the achievement of QOF, enhanced services and long-term condition targets, including running searches, coordinating patient recalls and monitoring outstanding work.
The successful candidate will work closely with clinicians, administrators and external healthcare organisations to support the efficient delivery of patient care and achievement of practice objectives.
Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Clinical Administrator, a typical day might include:

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Family Health Care Group for a Senior Medical Secretary to work as part of the Paediatrics team. We are a strong, proactive team who welcome innovation and adaptability within the service.
This is a full time, 12 months fixed term maternity cover / secondment position , and candidates would be required to work 37.5 hours a week split over 5 days ( Monday to Friday). The post holder will work autonomously as an experienced Minor Injuries Clinical Practitioner, delivering highquality assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge for patients of all ages presenting with minor injuries. The practitioner will function as an independent clinician within agreed protocols, demonstrating advanced decisionmaking and clinical expertise.
The role supports safe, effective, patientcentred care within the UTC and contributes to service improvement, clinical governance and the development of junior staff.
Main duties of the job
Clinical Practice
- Practise autonomously as an independent clinical practitioner within the Urgent Treatment Centre, managing patients presenting with undifferentiated minor injuries and minor illness.
- Undertake comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, referral, and discharge without direct medical supervision, in line with agreed protocols and competencies.
- Request, perform, and interpret diagnostic investigations, including radiological imaging (X-ray), in accordance with IRMER and local protocols.
Perform clinical procedures including (but not limited to):
o suturing and wound closure
o plastering and splint application
o minor joint or fracture management
o venepuncture and cannulation
- Prescribe medicines independently (where qualified) or administer medicines under Patient Group Directions (PGDs).
- Provide Immediate Life Support (ILS) to adults and children, including defibrillation where required.
- Work within UTC streaming and escalation pathways, including referral to Emergency Department, GP services, community services, and specialist teams as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical records in line with professional, organisational, and information governance standards.
