Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced QOF & Administrator to join our friendly and well-established GP practice team. Working across our three practice sites, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care through the effective management of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) targets, enhanced services, patient recalls, and data quality initiatives.
Main duties of the job
The QOF & Administrator will be responsible for supporting the delivery and achievement of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) targets, enhanced services, and wider practice performance objectives across our three sites. The post holder will undertake patient recalls, run clinical searches and reports, monitor performance against targets, support data quality and clinical coding activities, and work closely with clinicians and administrative staff to improve patient outcomes. The role will also include general administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, producing management reports, and ensuring compliance with practice policies.
