Job summary
Working in a busy GP practice. We are a close cohesive team, working hard to give our patients the best experience they can have with the GP practice.
Working out of a purpose built building, a very well established GP practice in Leamington Spa.
Main duties of the job
Working as part of the reception team, combination of morning shifts (starting at 7.15am to 2.00pm) and afternoon shifts (starting at 1.30pm to 6.30pm.
Answering calls from patients, dealing with patients face to face. processing prescription requests, helping Drs with queries. This is a very busy, varied job role.
About us
Working in a team of 7 receptionists. We are a close team and enjoy our time together in the workplace.
We are a growing well established GP practice and put patients at the heart of everything we do for them.

- Experience of working in a team.
- Customer service experience will be helpful
- Full training will be given
- To be computer literate and not to be afraid of using a computer or speaking to people on the telephone. There are a lot of phone calls that need to be answered.
Desirable
- Previous experience of working in a GP practice would be great
- but full training will be provided.
