We are looking for a Practice Nurse who will work as part of the Nursing Team, delivering high-quality, patient-focused nursing care. The role involves managing chronic diseases, delivering preventative care, supporting health promotion, and assisting in clinical procedures, in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
Main duties of the job
- We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who is currently confident in
- Chronic disease management
- Cervical smear taking
- Immunisations administration for both adult and children
- Travel vaccine administration and advice

Earnswood Medical Centre is a well established practice based in Crewe. We are a friendly and forward thinking practice with some of our GP's having specialist interests in Contraception, Education and Minor surgery.

- Administer vaccines and injections safely and effectively.
- Provide general nursing services including immunisations, and cervical screening.
